Don’t become a commodity offering the same services as all the other agents in your market…

  1. Expert Negotiation Skills

  2. Availability

  3. Local Market Knowledge

  4. Comparative Market Analysis and Property Valuation

  5. Marketing and Advertising

  6. Access to Listings

  7. Network of Professionals

  8. Contracts and Paperwork

  9. Property Inspection Assistance

  10. Price Guidance

  11. Home Staging Advice

  12. Legal and Regulatory Guidance

  13. Property Showings

  14. Transaction Coordination

  15. Risk Mitigation

  16. After-Sale Support

If this is what you’re focused on offering… that’s a real issue… because so is everyone else.

My guess is that over 90% of agents use some variation of the above as the reasons why a buyer/seller should choose them over other agents.

But, if everyone is saying the same thing… it’s all just noise.

Set yourself apart by offering something different and more valuable: be a zebra in a herd of horses.
