There’s a massive shake-up happening in the real estate agent/broker—and to a lesser degree mortgage brokerage—businesses.

One way out of the darkness is by being an incredibly bright light to those that are in their own darkness: in other words… be a leader to help those that need help.

Some people might refer to this as adding value.

I might suggest it is by becoming ridiculously valuable to a subset of the market that needs assistance.

You could do this with almost ANY market segment:

  • First time home buyers

  • First time home sellers

  • Horse property buyers

  • Buyers that need a swimming pool property

  • Waterfront property

  • Condo buyers

  • And so on…

But, I am going to focus on you becoming ridiculously valuable and becoming a leader to your local real estate investor clients.

Here’s just a short list of ways that you can add value to real estate investors to become the #1 local resource, the go-to agent/broker/lender/accountant for real estate investors in your local market, the 300 pound-gorilla, the abnormally large owner of market share in your local market to this one, hyper-active group of clients.
