So, what does that mean for the future of real estate brokerage?
There’s lots of speculation, but I can tell you this… those that will go above and beyond providing more than just the absolute bare-minimum, commoditized services that every other real estate agent/broker offers is going to be in a far better position with the changing scenery.
Maybe like some of the many, many things that I talk about in the 40+ modules in the Serving Real Estate Investors series of classes I did earlier this year.
