We’re going to continue working through The Real Estate Investor’s Agent One-Page Business Plan™ spreadsheet.

We’ve already covered the following blocks:

  • Group Members

  • Per Meeting

  • Total For All Meetings

  • Meet One-On-One

  • One-On-One Meeting to Client Conversion Rates

Now, we’re going look at getting a signed agency agreement where a prospect becomes a client.

Conversion From One-On-One Meeting to Signed Agency Agreement

As we covered previously, we’re assuming that about 10% of the people that you sit down and meet with over lunch will become a Buy and Hold Real Estate Investor Buyer Client.

Of course, some of the people you meet with will become clients as another type of real estate investor.

Number Of Buyer Clients

That means for the 51.50 meetings that we’re estimating for the year, you’re converting about 10% of them or about 5.15 of them to be a client with a signed buyer agency agreement.

Time and Cost of New Client

We’re estimating it takes about an hour to write up and get the buyer agency agreement signed.
