7 Steps to Growing and Profiting While Serving Real Estate Investors
Yesterday, I shared with you how to get started serving real estate investors by Creating Your Foundational Assets.
This is where we set up the assets that will be growing over time as you serve real estate investors making it easier, faster and more profitable the longer you continue to serve real estate investor clients.
Today, I am introducing you to the Infinite Growth & Profit Loop.
The initial asset setup is a one-time event of creating the foundation that you will grow and iterate upon as we make small 1% improvements.
The Infinite Growth & Profit Loop is a cycle of things we do—pretty much every week—as we make progress and small 1% improvements as we serve real estate investors.
It consists of the following 7 steps:
Create & Schedule Classes - Well, we started this by giving you the list of classes we have planned for the year and when we intend to teach them. I plan to provide subscribers to this newsletter/substack the class descriptions and outlines… showing you exactly what to put into your Meetup, emails, Facebook page, newsletters and ultimately teach. Each class you add to your Meetup and Facebook page grows your Meetup and Facebook page asset… adding credibility and authority signals.
Teach & Record Classes - About once a week you’ll teach a class to real estate investors… some of them prospective clients, some of them current clients, some of them existing clients that have already bought/sold properties with you. You’ll record these classes so we can use the recordings as another way to attract and retain real estate investor clients, build up credibility and authority signals, make it easier and more powerful for others to refer their friends and family to your business serving real estate investors and save you time and money by having your best stuff recorded and available in a library for any clients past, present or future be able to access to get your best stuff. Some of you will opt to view me teaching a similar class to see exactly how I’d do it.
Publish Class Recordings - With most classes (there may be some that you choose—for strategic reasons—not to publish but most of them will be published) you will publish them to your podcast, your YouTube channel, your website, your Facebook page and bring these to the attention of your real estate investor prospects and clients through emails and your newsletter in addition to all the automated notifications from podcasts, YouTube and Facebook. I’ll be providing folks with the emails to announce these recordings and encourage your real estate investors to check them out and work with you when they’re ready. A growing library or recorded classes, a robust YouTube channel, Facebook page and podcast are all growing, increasingly valuable assets to you with strong credibility and authority signals.
