I have a retreat this weekend that I am preparing for, but I wanted to give you an update on what I’ve been working on and what the next couple of months and then the next year will be looking like for this substack.

First, what I’ve been working on.

Investor’s Agent One-Page Business Plan™

Earlier this year, I released The Investor’s Agent One-Page Business Plan™ spreadsheet along with explanations on how to use it. At some point I will record an additional video on it, but for now you can read about how to use it to model your entire business of working with real estate investors from time and money invested to profit generated (after all expenses).

1% Better Perspective

I’ve also laid out the just 1% better perspective that we will be following as a central theme when working with investors… helping them get 1% better in various aspects of their business, but also getting 1% better in each aspect of our own businesses serving real estate investors.

Foundational Assets

I also explained the foundational assets you’ll likely want to create to grow your business serving real estate investors on.

Over time, I’ll loop back to providing additional documentation on how to build and improve (just 1% better) each of these.

In the meantime, I have already recorded 53 separate modules on how to setup and serve real estate investor clients. Check those 53 recorded modules out.

Infinite Growth & Profit Loop

Once you have setup your foundational assets, then it is all about growing and profiting and growing and profiting… a infinite, never-ending loop of growth and profit that I’ve called… The Infinite Growth & Profit Loop.

All of these classes are based on classes I’ve taught before so I won’t have to start from scratch… just make them 1% better by updating and improving them.

My thoughts right now is that I will be taking some time over the next week preparing for and recovering from my retreat this weekend. I will do a little work on this project, but honestly, don’t expect much.

But, when I get back from the retreat, I will start creating and teaching these classes… probably at the pace of 1 every day or two. My target is to have each class be about an hour long (some a little shorter and some maybe a little longer).

My plan/hope to have all of them recorded by July 1, 2024 because I have some trips scheduled in April and May.

My plans (as of right now, subject to change):

  • I will be publishing these as a stand-alone course called, “Real Estate Investing Secrets” that will be available for purchase separately. I am thinking $997 for lifetime access to the videos.

  • I will also be publishing them to the REFP substack as well for paying subscribers there ($97/month).

  • And, starting in September, 2024 of this year, they will be trickled out—one per week—as audio only to the podcast for free. So, the entire course should be delivered by the end of July, 2025 on the podcast for free.

Class Content and Marketing Materials

How does this impact the ServingRealEstateInvestors.com substack?

I plan to release one module per week to you on this substack to assist you and make it easier for you to teach classes and work with real estate investors.

Each week, you will get:

  • A list of the topics to include in your PowerPoint or Keynote presentation based on what I’m actually teaching

  • Marketing materials/sales copy:

    • Your class description on Meetup

    • Email invites to get people to attend the class

    • Podcast description and email announcing it is available on the podcasts

    • Description for your YouTube videos

  • Plus ideas for Lead Magnets based on the class content

So, with about 46 modules, it will take a little less than a year—providing one per week excluding holidays per the schedule shown above—to provide you with this content on this substack.
